Ioannou & Damianou Ltd is a firm of accountants offering a wide range of services to local and international clients. The firm is headed by its two founding partners who are both UK professionally qualified accountants with many years experience in Cyprus and abroad in both privately and publicly listed companies.

Yiannakis Ioannou BA(Hons) FCCA (email: yioannou@advantax.com.cy)

Yiannakis Ioannou graduated in Birmingham (UK) with a BA(Hons) in accounting and financial modeling and further proceeded to study and completed the professional examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He worked in the UK for several years as a qualified accountant/auditor in a very reputable firm of accountants. He returned to Cyprus to join KPMG as an audit manager and later on joined one of the leading firms in Cyprus specialising in International Tax Planning where he worked for several years as one of the audit partners before joining forces with Mr Christos Damianou to form Ioannou & Damianou Ltd.

Yiannakis Ioannou is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has been a member of the Information Technology and Business Consulting Services committee of the Cyprus Institute for a term. He is the holder of an auditor’s practicing certificate from the ACCA and is a registered auditor in Cyprus as well. He has received numerous awards on Taxation work he has done.

Christos Damianou graduated from the University of Cyprus with a degree in business administration and accounting and completed the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales becoming a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA). He worked for several years with KPMG Cyprus and was responsible for the audit of numerous private and publicly listed companies.

Christos Damianou was actively involved in one of the most complicated consolidation projects of KPMG Cyprus. He later joined one of the leading firms in Cyprus specialising in International Business Companies and International Tax Structures as an audit manager. He was involved in several audits which took place both in Cyprus and abroad.

He joined forces with Mr Yiannakis Ioannou to form one of the most promising accounting and auditing firms, Ioannou & Damianou Ltd.
